The brief
A café with long service hours and a cold-drinks menu, wanting two signature beverages poured on the main counter in full view of guests.
The solution
A stainless T-tower with taps facing both ways gives visual access to barista and guest alike. The drip tray was laser-cut with the Carbonix mark.
