How a Carbonix system works: QuickCarb carbonation, dual-stage cooling, CO₂ and nitrogen compatibility, and internal CIP cleaning.
How it works
Liquid enters the Cornelius keg
It meets CO₂ or nitrogen directly
QuickCarb accelerates carbonation
The liquid is chilled in two stages
It is served through the tower and taps
The QuickCarb System
Rapid Carbonation
Carbonation on site, on service time — not on warehouse time.
The traditional route leaves a beverage sitting cold for hours to absorb gas. QuickCarb intensifies gas-to-liquid contact inside the vessel through controlled CO₂ and nitrogen injection, so the drink is ready within the same shift — with even, repeatable carbonation.
Reservoir + serve line
Dual-Stage Cooling
Chilled twice so it pours right once.
Stage one chills the beverage reservoirs inside the unit. Stage two chills the liquid again as it travels through the steel coil on its way to the tap. The result is a stable serving temperature during peak hours — exactly where single-stage systems tend to drift.
CO₂ + N₂
Multi-Gas Ready
One platform, many drink styles.
Carbonix runs on CO₂, nitrogen, or a blend of the two. That single capability stretches the menu from sparkling water and craft soda to nitro cold brew and creamy pours — without buying a second machine.

Custom Towers
Half equipment, half architecture.
Outlet count, tower geometry, colour and finish — polished or brushed steel, copper, custom powder coat — are all specified by you. Towers are fabricated in our own workshop, so your counter geometry and brand identity drive the design, not a foreign supplier's catalogue.
The rest of the range
The engineering in the other three products
Carbonation and cooling belong to the Draft Bar. The other three products each have engineering of their own.
Glass Froster
Cooling from liquid CO₂
The cold comes from expanding liquid CO₂ rather than from a compressor refrigeration cycle — less volume, fewer moving parts, and operation the moment it is triggered. The condition for it to work properly is that CO₂ reaches the unit as a liquid: the cylinder needs a siphon tube and the gas line has to be designed for it. Product page
No compressor · Requires liquid CO₂ with a dip tube
Warm Brew Kettles
Temperature control, recirculation and counterflow chilling
An electronic temperature controller with the display built into the body, internal recirculation to distribute temperature more evenly through the volume, and a counterflow chiller that runs hot liquid and coolant through separate channels in opposite directions so heat transfer happens at high efficiency. Beverage Island
Integration as an engineering decision
No new technology is added here; the same systems are organised into one body. Carbonator, cooling, kegs and gas line go below the counter, and the CO₂ infrastructure for the whole station — including a built-in glass froster — is designed once, as a single system. Product page
One CO₂ source for the whole station
Technical Specifications
Technical and functional features
Integrated dual-stage cooling
Kegs are chilled inside the unit and the serve line is chilled again on its way out — so the last glass of the shift leaves at the same temperature as the first.
Precise carbonation via carbonator
Controlled CO₂ and nitrogen injection through the carbonator produces even, repeatable carbonation — no guesswork, no shift-to-shift drift.
Internal CIP cleaning system
Lines are flushed without dismantling the unit, turning daily cleaning into a short routine rather than downtime.
Serves cups, cans and bottles
Dispenses into a range of glassware, cans and plastic or glass bottles — matched to both dine-in and takeaway service.
Easy installation and start-up
No external gas rig or side chiller required. The system is closed and modular, so it installs and runs in almost any service environment.
Efficient energy use
Stable performance on minimal electricity — designed to stay on through the whole trading day.
Simple service and maintenance
All consumables are quick-swap and readily available; routine upkeep does not need a resident technician.
Built around your requirement
From one to six outlets plus three custom builds — configured around your drinks menu and your counter footprint.
Dimensions and warranty
Dimensions and capacity
Depth and height are fixed across every model; only width changes with outlet count. Dimensions in centimetres (W × D × H).
Warranty and after-sales service
Every unit ships with a one-year warranty and five years of after-sales service. All consumable parts are quick-swap and easy to source.
