Draft Bar
Carbonates on site, chills in two stages and serves through the tower. One to six independent outlets, running on CO₂, nitrogen or a blend of both.
Carbonix designs and manufactures professional carbonation, cooling and draft dispense systems — for cafés, restaurants, hotels and any venue where pour quality is a commercial decision.
In today's beverage world, quality is defined not only by flavour but by the experience of the pour. Drawing on technical know-how, precise design and international standards, we build industrial carbonators and soda systems for beverages that come out cold, consistent and professional.
Our products combine engineering innovation, minimal design and precise in-house assembly. Every unit — from the cooling system to the serving tower — is built with detailed engineering and multi-stage quality control, for continuous, safe and dependable operation in any working environment.

Unit, tower, cooling, drip tray and serve surface — every element designed around your architectural drawings and fabricated in our workshop.
Chills and frosts glassware before service, so the drink holds the temperature it left the tap with.
A heated brewing vessel for tea, infusions, syrups and warm bases — turning a manual, judgement-based job into a repeatable process.
Carbonation on site, on service time — not on warehouse time.
The traditional route leaves a beverage sitting cold for hours to absorb gas. QuickCarb intensifies gas-to-liquid contact inside the vessel through controlled CO₂ and nitrogen injection, so the drink is ready within the same shift — with even, repeatable carbonation.
Chilled twice so it pours right once.
Stage one chills the beverage reservoirs inside the unit. Stage two chills the liquid again as it travels through the steel coil on its way to the tap. The result is a stable serving temperature during peak hours — exactly where single-stage systems tend to drift.
One platform, many drink styles.
Carbonix runs on CO₂, nitrogen, or a blend of the two. That single capability stretches the menu from sparkling water and craft soda to nitro cold brew and creamy pours — without buying a second machine.
Half equipment, half architecture.
Outlet count, tower geometry, colour and finish — polished or brushed steel, copper, custom powder coat — are all specified by you. Towers are fabricated in our own workshop, so your counter geometry and brand identity drive the design, not a foreign supplier's catalogue.

— The Carbonix team
Five questions to answer before you buy any draft beverage system — from outlet count to counter geometry and the maintenance plan.
Why temperature matters more than pressure, what nitrogen changes compared with CO₂, and why carbonated drinks taste different at the end of a shift.
Why nitro is more than a trend for cafés, what it actually takes to execute, and where it usually goes wrong.
